Nice to meet you!

Hey there! I’m Antosia, I’m 35 years young and I’m an herbalist that takes a hormone centric approach to women’s health. The women I work with prefer holistic healing for their bodies over band-aid symptom treatments.

This means healing with herbs, nutrient rich foods and lifestyle instead of birth control, anti-biotics and other drugs that simply manage your symptoms.

I’m a woman like you, who took on the challenge of understanding her body, her skin and her mind and mastered healing with food and plants. If you’re ready for it, I’m happy to guide you to do the same. Because happiness and health, is your normal.

My Philosophy

As a functional herbalist, my approach to herbal medicine focuses on uncovering and addressing the root causes of health issues. Some people might be surprised to learn that just because their practitioner is using herbs doesn’t necessarily mean they are treating the root cause. While some herbalists might focus on alleviating symptoms—which can be very helpful and provide much-needed relief—I believe in digging a bit deeper. For example, if someone is experiencing gas and bloating, my goal is to understand why these symptoms are happening in the first place and to address those underlying causes.

My background in biology and biochemistry, which I studied at university, supports this approach. I integrate my scientific knowledge with herbal practice, using peer-reviewed research to inform my recommendations. I’m particularly interested in how herbs interact with our biochemistry to support overall health. This science-based approach allows me to understand and address the complexities of various health conditions.

I also have a special focus on women’s health, recognizing the unique physiological differences between men and women. Women’s health is deeply influenced by hormones, impacting everything from physical health to mental well-being. For women with chronic illnesses, it’s crucial to work with someone who understands these hormonal dynamics. My hormone-centric approach ensures that health plans are tailored to the unique hormonal chemistry of women, taking into account how hormones affect both physical and mental health. By focusing on these intricate connections, I aim to provide comprehensive and effective care for women dealing with chronic health issues.

If you’re looking to work with someone who uses the latest scientific research to understand ancient herbal remedies, then I might be right fit for you.
